On 24 December, ROMEO Roma invites guests to celebrate Christmas Eve with a dinner by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Iacopo Iualè.
A bespoke festive menu brings together exceptional ingredients and seasonal flavours in refined creations, from rockfish jelly with spider crab and Kristal caviar to spaghetti with seafood pil pil sauce, culminating in charcoal-grilled blue lobster. The experience concludes with a sweet interpretation of the festive season, featuring yuzu, olive oil sorbet and coffee cascara soufflé.

An exceptional culinary journey, from rockfish jelly with red prawn and Kristal caviar to white truffle anolini, followed by Bresse chicken with black truffle and Albufera sauce. The finale celebrates indulgence with a chocolate creation from Manufacture Alain Ducasse.
