On 14 February, ROMEO Hadid Roma celebrates Valentine’s Day with Ducasse Eternity, Now, a dinner by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Iacopo Iualè.
The seven-course tasting menu interprets the theme of eternity through refined cuisine, built on natural ingredients and precise French techniques.
Dishes such as the delicate rock fish jelly, spider crab and Kristal caviar, or marinated beef fillet, charred artichokes and black truffle, express understated sophistication, shaping a dinner that celebrates the pleasure of the present moment.

2025 was a year of consolidation and new beginnings, during which the vision of ROMEO Collection continued to take shape through architecture, art, haute cuisine, wellness, and hospitality.
ROMEO Hadid Roma was featured on Condé Nast Traveler – The 2025 Hot List: The World’s Best New Hotels, recognized at the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2025 among the Best Hotels in Rome, and celebrated by the European Property & Hotel Awards and the Prix Versailles for architecture and interior design. The culinary offering by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Iacopo Iualè received prestigious accolades from Gambero Rosso (Two Forks) and Le Guide de L’Espresso (Three Hats).
ROMEO Tange Napoli was awarded at the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2025 among the Best Hotels in Italy, while Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Napoli earned its first MICHELIN Star, along with Two Forks from Gambero Rosso and Four Hats from Le Guide de L’Espresso, under the leadership of Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino.
