On 31 December, ROMEO Napoli invites guests to welcome the New Year with a special evening: a welcome aperitif at IL BAR from 7 pm, followed by dinner at Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse, created by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino, from 8 pm. The latest arrival time for dinner is 8.30 pm.
A menu celebrating the Mediterranean and its finest ingredients, from oyster with Champagne and Kristal caviar to purple prawn from Ischia, followed by blue lobster ravioli and locally sourced John Dory. The culinary journey concludes with a chocolate creation from Alain Ducasse's Manufacture in Paris.
LA TERRAZZA Krug becomes the setting for the midnight toast, with Champagne Krug, Alain Ducasse panettone, live music and the spectacular panorama of the Gulf of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the city lights.
