Ducasse welcomes the New Year
Alain Ducasse’s New Year’s Eve Dinner celebrates the most anticipated night of the year with a meeting of flavours, blending French technique with Italian tradition. At ROMEO Hadid Roma, the nine-course tasting menu features, among other dishes, delicate rock fish gelée, gambero rosso and Kristal caviar, and grilled Mediterranean blue lobster, cime di rapa and wild myrtle. The midnight toast takes place on LA TERRAZZA Krug, overlooking the fireworks that light up Piazza del Popolo and the rooftops of Rome. At ROMEO Tange Napoli, New Year’s Eve is a celebration of the scents of the Mediterranean, with a seven-course menu featuring risotto with Alain Ducasse’s coffee cascara and flame grilled capitone eel, and grilled grouper with percebes pil-pil and tangy friarielli greens. The midnight toast takes place on LA TERRAZZA Krug, with views of the fireworks that, as tradition dictates, illuminate the Gulf of Naples.
