On 14 February, ROMEO Hadid Roma celebrates Valentine’s Day with Ducasse Eternity, Now, a dinner by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Iacopo Iualè.
The seven-course tasting menu interprets the theme of eternity through refined cuisine, built on natural ingredients and precise French techniques.
Dishes such as the delicate rock fish jelly, spider crab and Kristal caviar, or marinated beef fillet, charred artichokes and black truffle, express understated sophistication, shaping a dinner that celebrates the pleasure of the present moment.
