A nine-course tasting menu narrates the encounter between Mediterranean tradition and the great classics of French cuisine a dialogue of flavours and aromas expressed through creations such as stale bread and Parmigiano Reggiano anolini, capon consommé and black truffle; grilled Mediterranean blue lobster, cime di rapa and wild myrtle.

Ducasse accoglie il Nuovo AnnoROMEO Hadid Roma invites you, on 31 December, to celebrate New Year’s as interpreted by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Iacopo Iualè.
A nine-course tasting menu narrates the encounter between Mediterranean tradition and the great classics of French cuisine a dialogue of flavours and aromas expressed through creations such as stale bread and Parmigiano Reggiano anolini, capon consommé and black truffle; delicate rockfish gelée with red prawn and Kristal caviar.
On New Year’s Eve, live music accompanies each course, leading up to the midnight toast on the Krug Terrace, where your gaze drifts over the rooftops of the Eternal City, illuminated by a spectacular fireworks display.
