BRUNCH DUCASSE: EASTER AND EASTER MONDAY
Alain Ducasse opens the Easter edition of ROMEO Carnet de Voyage with an Easter Sunday and Easter Monday brunch, a gastronomic journey celebrating the flavours of tradition.
The brunch takes place in the spaces of IL CORTILE, beside the pool overlooking the archaeological excavations, and includes specialities such as Roman-style lamb, casarecce cacio e pepe, and a pastry buffet featuring colomba Easter cake, Neapolitan pastiera and macarons.
Live music accompanies the experience, and access is exceptionally open to external guests.
