A seven-course tasting menu interprets the theme of eternity through an essential cuisine, based on natural ingredients and crafted with precise, restrained French techniques. Dishes such as the delicate rock fish aspic with spider crab and Kristal caviar, and the marinated beef fillet with charcoal-grilled artichokes and black truffle, combine apparent simplicity with carefully selected raw materials, in a dinner designed to celebrate love here and now.
