ALESSANDRO lUCASSINO
Originally from Follonica, Lucassino has always harbored a profound passion for the culinary arts.
Following his tenure at the Plaza Athénée on Avenue Montaigne, Alain Ducasse offered him the chance to take the reins at the Salon des Manufactures on the rue des Petits Champs in Paris, where he demonstrated extraordinary skill and boundless creativity shone. Monsieur Ducasse, astutely recognizing his talent, then invited him to join the team at Cucina, his celebrated Italian restaurant in Paris.
Now, at ROMEO Napoli, the Executive Chef of Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse prepares to channel the essence of the master chef's cuisine. with every dish, with every gesture, he intends to tell his personal culinary story. It's a voyage of exploration and metamorphosis, that bridges the culinary worlds of France and Italy.
