World’s most Michelin-starred chef is ready to dazzle Naples with its cuisine

Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Napoli, first of its kind in Italy, celebrates culinary excellence with a natural and refined approach. Extreme care for ingredients, short cooking times, intense flavors, and strong vegetable presence embody the 'cuisine de la naturalité' that represents Ducasse's philosophy.

Here, the tradition of French haute cuisine merges with contemporary innovations, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Located on the 9th floor of ROMEO Napoli, the restaurant offers an innovative culinary proposal, enriched by French pastry craftsmanship for breakfast.

Originally from Follonica, Lucassino has always harbored a profound passion for the culinary arts.

Originally from Tuscany, Alessandro Lucassino nurtured a deep passion for cuisine from an early age. After training in Paris alongside Alain Ducasse, at Plaza Athénée, Salon des Manufactures and Cucina, he is now Executive Chef at Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Napoli within ROMEO Tange Napoli, with which he earns his first MICHELIN star in the 2026 edition. Here, he interprets the Maestro’s vision with a personal style that bridges France and Italy, showcasing Neapolitan and Mediterranean excellence through international techniques and creating a cuisine that harmoniously blends roots and innovation.
