A seven-course tasting menu tells the story of the encounter between Neapolitan tradition and the great classics of French cuisine a dialogue of flavours and aromas that takes shape in creations such as cicerchia from the Campi Flegrei, cod tripe and Kristal caviar; broken ziti, casertano black pig lardo, natural cuttlefish and white truffle.

Ducasse accoglie il Nuovo AnnoROMEO Tange Napoli invites you, on 31 December, to celebrate New Year’s as interpreted by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino.
A seven-course tasting menu tells the story of the encounter between Neapolitan tradition and the great classics of French cuisine — a dialogue of flavours and aromas expressed through creations such as risotto with Alain Ducasse coffee cascara and flame-grilled eel; bresse chicken, scorzonera and Albufera sauce.
On New Year’s Eve, live music accompanies each course, leading up to the midnight toast on the TERRAZZA Krug, where the gaze drifts over the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Naples, illuminated by a spectacular fireworks display.
